Functional Capacity Assessments
Equipment prescription, including but not limited to: - Daily living aids; long handled equipment, dressing and showering aids - Shower and toilet aids; e.g. stools, shower commodes - Manual wheelchairs, power add ons, power wheelchairs, scooters - Pressure care - Floor mobility hoists - Seating; recliners and chairs - Electric beds - Vision impairment aids - Ongoing prescription throughout child’s growth or progressive diseases - Mounts for communication devices - Environmental control - Platform and step lifts
Home Modifications - Minor modifications such as grab rails, hand rails, step ramps - Major modifications such as ramps, bathroom, kitchen, ceiling hoists, home lifts
Energy conservation and falls prevention education
Education for carers and families on manual handling and equipment use
