Can you provide services to NDIS clients who have their Improved Daily Living funding as NDIA managed?

Unfortunately not, at this time Energise OT is not NDIS registered and therefore cannot provide services to those who are NDIA managed

Can you provide services to clients through My Aged Care, Home Care Package or Medicare?

Unfortunately not, at this time Energise OT is not providing services to these funding bodies.

What NDIS funding do I need to access Energise OT’s services?

Check your NDIS Plan under Capital Building Supports, Improved Daily Living. To complete an initial assessment, please allocate for 5 hours/ $969.95 worth of funding. Upon completion of the assessment, the OT goals will be discussed and allocation for further funding will be requested based on the goals and interventions required.

What are your fees for NDIS?

In line with the NDIS price guide, $193.99 per hour for therapy services, $150 per hour for travel time and 0.85c per km. Further details are provided in our Service Agreement.

How do I get an appointment with Energise OT?

You can simply click on our contact us form or submit a referral. You do not need a referral from GP. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss what your needs are, and if our services are right for you. If you have a Support Coordinator or nominee, they can do this on your behalf if you prefer.

Our waiting times vary and can be subject to business and your individual circumstances at the time, so please contact us to discuss this further.
